Ato Z of Mold Remediation Process

Pre-Remediation Preparations

Our mold testing is essential to the mold remediation process, because it gives us a clear picture about the types of mold on your property, the degree of contamination, the types of mycotoxins, the levels of toxicity and the levels of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

Once we are armed with all this information, our mold remediation professionals sit with the proverbial drawing-board, and devise a detailed mold removal plan for you. Your plan will outline specific details about the work required, materials that will need to be used, the cost break-up, the estimated overall cost and the time-frame for completion. Of course, this will all be discussed with you, so adjustments can be made according to your convenience, wherever possible.

With the detailed plan in place, we start our job as soon as you give us your thumbs-up!

Mold Remediation Begins…

On the first hours on your job, our highly trained professional mold remediation technicians usually open up areas that need to be accessed for mold removal treatment. This is typically very minimal. They then treat all the predetermined surface areas with , non-toxic natural solution. The mold removal products used differ, depending on the types of mold and the material of the surface being treated. For e.g. tiles, walls and ceilings, and wooden surfaces like furniture will be treated with different solutions; and less dangerous mold will be treated with a solution different from toxic black mold.

Depending on the types of mycotoxins found on your property, an all organic gas is then injected into all hidden areas. These areas usually include cracks in walls, ceilings and flooring, your air conditioning / heating system, vents, pipes, bathroom and kitchen tiles, etc. The mold remediation solutions and gas act on the hidden mold spores and airborne mold, as soon as they come into contact with them. The mold spores immediately biodegrade, without releasing any harmful chemicals. Our technicians then clean out all the debris of the dead mold. Once your property is cleaned, they completely dry out every surface.

The external walls of your property are also treated with the natural non-toxic mold remediation solution and gas. The air surrounding your property is then cleaned out with special mold remediation treatment, if airborne mold is found in the outdoor environment.

The entire mold remediation process in usually completed in 2 days, for household mold, including toxic black mold! If mold remediation of a building or large area is required, the time taken would naturally be longer, depending on the extent of work needed.

Between 24 to 48 hours after the last bit of mold has been removed, we get our expert mold inspectors to examine your property. Then we call in your independent mold inspection consultants to conduct a detailed clearance test. Once the mold inspection consultants declare your property free of mold, we give you a certificate to confirm the same.

Once we have certified that your property is mold-free, we would like to assure you that if by chance you do find any indoor mold in the future, we will come and get rid of it for free!

Besides household mold removal, we undertakes huge mold remediation projects for industrial plants and buildings, shopping malls, schools, movie theaters, etc.
